We will always list available puppies on our website. To reserve your puppy, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits can be made here. Once you have completed the questions and we have received payment, your selected puppy will be held exclusively for you. We will notify you via email to confirm this. 24 hours before, or at the time of pickup, you will be required to make the final payment for your puppy. We will notify you via email to confirm this.

We know purchasing a puppy is a big commitment. Our puppies go to their homes after they have spent 8 weeks with us. When you place a deposit, you will receive your pick up date. Deposits are non-refundable. 24 hours before, or at the time of pickup, you will be required to make final payment for your puppy (less your $250 deposit). We have a one year health guarantee for every puppy. If a licensed veterinarian verifies that your puppy is in poor health, you will receive a full refund.

When we have puppies available for purchase, they will be on our website. If we have no puppies available, you can join our waiting list at any time and for no cost. Fill out our puppy application to join our list. We will always share with you where you are on the waiting list. When you join the waitlist, you will provide us with your puppy preferences (gender, coloring, etc.) so that we know exactly what you’re waiting for! Once we have a litter, we will contact everyone who is still active on the waiting list. Puppy holds will then be based on the first person who places a deposit on that puppy. All people on the waiting list will receive the link to available puppies at the same time. Until we have received your deposit for your selected puppy, we cannot hold it for you. Please see our refund policy if you have questions about placing a deposit or paying before picking up your puppy.

Once a litter has arrived we will upload available puppies within the first few weeks. If you have completed the waiting list application, we will contact you once the available puppies are published. At that time, if you are still interested in a puppy, you can place a deposit on one at that time. Puppies will be held based exclusively on who places a deposit on the puppy first. Each week we will upload photos and videos on the available puppies site. Local families and those who wish to travel to see the puppies will be able to meet any puppies that remain available in person after the puppies have had their first set of vaccines after 6 weeks of age. Visits will only be permitted on this day and when coming to pick up your puppy at 8 weeks old. Photos of each litter will be updated and posted on our social media channels weekly.

Your puppy will be considered yours once you place a nonrefundable deposit on your selected puppy ($250). 24 hours prior to your puppy pick up date - or at the time when you pick up your puppy - you must pay the final balance for your puppy. If you need delivery, all shipping fees will be due at the time we schedule delivery of your puppy.

All deposits can be placed on the payments section of our website. Once you have placed a nonrefundable deposit, we will send you the final payment required and how you can pay it!

We are located 45 minutes from Kansas City International Airport. If you are unable to travel to our ranch to pick up your puppy, we offer hand delivery via our flight nanny all throughout the United States. Prices vary depending on your location and the time of year. Our flight nanny brings your puppy on the plane as a carry-on (being cared for the entire time) and will meet you at your nearest airport with your puppy. At this time, we are unable to ship puppies without proper supervision (their nanny!). The cost of your puppy’s hand delivery will be determined prior to the delivery date.

The health of our dogs is paramount to our breeding program and to bringing you healthy, long-living companions. All of our dog parents are health tested. All of the dogs we use in our breeding program have been cleared for Cataracts, Degenerative Myelopathy and Von Willibrand Disease. Health testing results are available for each of our parent dogs upon request. Each puppy comes with a 1-year health guarantee. We guarantee your puppy to be free from any life threatening congenital defect or we will replace your puppy free of charge. The health guarantee is dependent on the guidelines listed in our contract. Please request to see our contract if you are interested in learning more.

Dogs are lifelong commitment. Occasionally, circumstances change or a puppy does not work out in his or her new home for various reasons. In these or other similar situations we are more than happy to take the puppy or adult dog back until a new home can be found. Exchanges can only be made within our 1-year guarantee window if your puppy was found to have a genetic defect. In purchasing a puppy from Missouri Bernese & Bernedoodles, you commit to NEVER placing your dog in a shelter.

Our puppies will be sold on a strict spay/neuter contract, however, breeding rights are available to a small number of approved breeders. Please contact us about breeding rights pricing if you are interested in learning more.
